Small amount of pink cashmere wool to darn a bedsock

DWs Xmas bedsocks from last year have a small hole appearing - can anyone supply me a small amount of pink fine wool so I can patch it up.

You could be extraordinarily cheeky and ask these people colourmart for a sample - they appear to have pink cashmere on their site. I tend to save the little packets of wool that come with sweaters but I don't have any pink cashmere! Tapestry wool maybe?
