Disclaimer i WON"T be doing the knitting i don't think but want to browse and choose patterns etc for a baby.

I looked on amazon but there must be ten just Debbie Bliss ones and I am unsure which to go for

Someone recommended sublime but as I am a complete novice i thought someone on here may know!

Thanks

The Sublime baby pattern books are lovely, I have quite a few. You would get them from a knitting shop/online wool shop rather than bookshop though.

Do you know if it's for a girl or a boy? Debbie Books are fine, baby knits for beginners is good for newish knitters but they are not very exciting TBH.

Sirdar do some nice pattern books too, do you fancy bright colours? Fiddly colours? Plainer stuff.

Thank you Minnie. I do not know boy or girl and am quite traditional - maybe matinee jackets etc....

Will look at Sirdar as in time WILL know boy/girl if colours are good

I love the Debbie Bliss books. I think her designs are classic and lovely.

My favourites are the first Baby Cashmerino one and The Baby Knits Book.
