blind hemmer needed

mu mother is looking for a new or second hand blind hemmer. is there somewhere in the north of england that i can go to get her one.

in in west yorkshire. im new to sewing but my mother is (or so i thought) an old hand at it. so why she didnt know its just an attachment i dont know!!!!! i just found that out now all by myslef!!!!
