The bodice of a ballroom costume I think, or maybe latin

What could I do for the skirt?

I really wanted something bejewelled

Maybe a chiffon/georgette skirt?

I would go for a mix of tulle & organdie on the skirt - you could add rhinestone (josyrose is a good company for them) or maybe sorce an embroidered one

& I've seen similar cloth in Fabricland - not metalics though, but they had a lot of colour choice

I really wanted an encrusted one

But we may have to make do
