Right you crafty people, help me with prices to buy some stuff please.

doing this xmas card challenge, i have no idea on what to pay for items. am looking on ebay atm, and am clueless. no doubt my kids will use the cards etc afterwards if i dont enjoy it, but dont want to spend a fortune.

Have you got a pound shop, cheap book place or ELC near you? That would be cheaper than ebay to start with. What things are you looking for?

If you are only going to have a go - I'd just use A4 card folded & whatever you have about. Don't spend loads. I can always send you a few bits & I'm sure others will too !

Yes - ELC is great for craft stuff !

Or look at docrafts they have a fair few stores and are very good value- check where the nearest one is.

Do you go through Watford to get to Harefield still?

You could call in at Hobbycraft on the way there/back, maybe? It's by Tesco, so not actually going into the shopping centre - you could do it quite quickly.

i do hunker, but once i have driven to harefield, been to see peter i am rushing back to pick up dd1 from school. and no idea where tescos is in watfored. i just skim the ring road the way i go there.

yorkiegirls is sending me a couple of cards. i have lots of sparkly stuff in the kids craft box, so should be ok.
