Any knitters in North London looking to start a club

I used to go to Stitch N Bitch but cant get into Central London for the meets nowadays, what with the baby and all...

So! I wanted to start a group in Enfield, small, informal, just coffee and knitting!

Not really - I grew up in Enfield and lived there up until two years ago. Spent forever looking for fellow knitters, but never really found any. Or any that wanted to be my friends .

But do let me know if you get a group up and running, as I do pop down every few months to stay with the in-laws and visit friends. Would love to join for a coffee and a knit at some point.

You could so easily do this on Ravelry (ravelry.com) There might already be a group in Enfield.
Just register, then go to 'groups' and see what there is.
