watercolours

Hi,
I have jsut enrolled in a watercolour course. I had my first class last night. I am an absololute beginner but am enjoying it. Is there any one else who paints?

Yes I do. Just started a watercolour course yesterday, although also did a group 5+ years ago. Not particularly very good at it but find it is a good way of taking time out and indulge myself.

I started my class yesterday too. I wondered if any one on here has any tips they can share.

I have painted a few flowers with watercolours. However I did cheat a bit, I drew them first with penciland then used a putty rubber to rub out the lines after they were dry. Not sure if this helps

We did wet in wet skies today !
