Tea set: help me find a pattern

DD has fallen in love with this knitted tea set. Does anyone know where I could find a pattern (preferably free) to knit or crochet something similar?

I love these amigurumi so much I might need to re-learn how to crochet...there have been lovely decorations on the Christmas thread too.
