Luminous paper?

I have an old mirror and want to cover the frame in mosaic style squares of luminous paprer to make it 'glow' in the garden at night.
Anybody know how I can do this?

you can buy it on line. have a look for glow in the dark paper. i know it exists as i found a really good site for some paint and other stuff and am sure they did paper. just cant remember the name of the place now.
