Costume ideas

Have to come up with a film star costume for DD in a couple of days - a character, not sunglasses, bling etc! Have to rustle something up from stuff in the house as am too mean frugal to buy something for one day's use! Help! Will have to do it in a few hours tomorrow night so something simple is needed.

Do any of the Disney Princesses count?

How old is your DD?

You could do Wilma Flintstone, use an adult white t-shirt, cut a jagged hemline and remove one sleeve / shoulder, attach some animal print fabric, pull in waist with another bit of animal print fabric or belt.

Mary Poppins - also quite easy, long skirt, white blouse, shawl, umbrella.

All depends on age really....

She's 7 sazz - will have to dig about for some old clothes to pull apart tonight!
