I placed an order on the 21st for some B&P's and I am still waiting for it to arrive????
I received an email to say items had been sent out on 22nd by 1st class post.
Contacted them on 27th to tell them it hadnt arrived and got a very stroppy response!
Spoke to them again yesterday and was told that the parcel must have got lost in the post....not their fault...they havent got a proof of postage...so it looks like my crafting goodies are floating around somewhere and I am £30+ down!!My neighbours daughter ordered some stamps and paid me for them out of her pocket money...I'll have to reimburse her...so that makes me £40+ down
The woman I spoke to was really sh*tty with me and said she was too busy to try and trace the parcel as she is getting ready for the big sale this weekend!!!!!

what a cheek!! haven't they heard of customer service? i'm so sorry i pointed you to them
i'm sure they are responsible for packages lost and should at least give you a tracking numba if they cant be bothered to track it themselves.
i would also expect a refund or a replacement package!!
