33+4 what is going on

I would like some advice from a midwife or someone who had similar experiences

I am 33+4 weeks pregnant. I went to triage 1 week ago with a strong left side pain in my abdomen. They didn't find anything at triage but asked me to stay overnight. The next afternoon I started having mild contractions. Not much later the doctor said that they found inflammation in the urine. I was given antibiotics and the next day they sent me home with 5 days of antibiotics. Today I went back to triage with lower abdominal and back pain, and with constant recurring braxton hicks contractions, not all of them too strong but sometimes there are very strong contractions every 5 minutes within 2 hours. I have been in this phase for a week now. The results were good and showed no inflammation and they said that the previous results from the past also showed no inflammation after they tested it in the lab. What is happening to my body? What should I prepare for? Is this normal for over a week?
