Repeat urine test

Hi,

I had my 12 week appointment lost week and recieved a letter saying

Further to your recent antenatal clinic appointment, we require you to leave a urine sample into your Community Midwife/ GP Surgery to be sent to the laboratory for testing as soon as possible. Reason for repeat: Insufficient sample Please place this letter in your hand held notes. If you have any further questions, please feel free to discuss these with your doctor or midwife at your next antenatal check.

Had anyone had this before? Why? What did it mean by insufficient sample? I have a normal sample 🤷‍♀️

They lost it, split it, forgot to do one of the checks or didn’t test it in time.
