IVF FET - progesterone

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me. I had a FET yesterday and am taking Cyclogest 3x a day. However I am worried that I have not had a blood test and have been told I don’t need one. How do the clinic know my progesterone levels are high enough?

I requested blood test from my clinic on the transfer day. Ever since I've been prescribed extra injection.
