Not sure if im posting on the right place, on boxing day at 26 weeks pregnant I called midwife as I was concerned regarding reduced movements, she came to listen to baby and there was a deceleration to 80bpm and slow to recover. I was sent in for ctg. Midwives there said I'd be referred for an additional scan to check everything is ok,I've still heard nothing. Is it possible the referral has been rejected? I've emailed fetal medicine at the hospital to chase, just seems a long time to wait to check fetal well being

Can you chase it up with your midwife?

And if your area uses 'badger notes' have you checked on there? I've had several appointments added without notification which I wouldn't have known about otherwise

Absolutely far too long to wait. Get on the phone to them.
how are your movements now?

We don't have badger notes no and I've no email about a scan like with previous, I emailed midwife who gave me an email for the clerical dept so emailed them who said they'll chase with fetal medicine, just seems a long time to wait if there were concerns, they don't normally put you on ctg before 28 weeks but it was normal but obvs thats only a small snapshot
