20 week scan measurements

Hello,

We’ve had our 20 week scan and the sonographer said all was looking good, nothing for her to be concerned about. She mentioned that measurements can vary but not to worry as they all catch up and even out etc. I didn’t really think anything of it at the time but since looking into the measurements…. Here I am worrying haha!

I'm hoping someone can put my mind at ease or whether you suggest speaking to my midwife.

HC 179.8mm - is this classed as big?
AC 156.3mm - think this is normal?
FL - 28.6mm - this is my main concern. Has anyone else a measurement this low and it’s been ok? Partner and I are both average heights.
EFW 323g - think this is normal?

Just the add, the percentile for the femur is 4.4.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it at this stage, if the sonographer wasn't concerned by anything they saw or any of the measurements then there's no reason for you to be either.
I haven't got the measurements to hand but apparently my little one is part primate with arms that are off the scale.

I wouldn't worry that much
Had mine at 20+2 and this was the following

FL - 35.6mm
HC - 179.1mm
AC - 157.0mm

Don't have an efw with my trust until my growth scan at 32 weeks.

Remember measurements can be off.

Baby's head and stomach both measured near the top of the 'norm' and his femur length was measuring at the low end of 'norm' so not in proportion really. I'm 24+1 now and just had an amazing 4D scan and baby looked perfect. His head and stomach both measuring 5 days ahead and legs are measuring the correct length for gestation. I'm 5'7 and DP is 5'11 so would probably expect some longer legs but sonographer said not every part grows exact same time so his legs still have time to catch up. Either way aslong as it's within their graph of normal there's nothing they can do :)

Baby is fine still 20 weeks of growing to go x

Thanks @anonny55. I think it’s mainly the FL I’m concerned about. Quite a lot of threads on here regarding FL and most seem to be above 30. I did read that anything below is small. They didn’t say about having me back for a rescan to check it but wasn’t sure whether to mention anything to my midwife. I’ve definitely googled too much and read short femurs can suggest issues. I’m 5’5 and partner is 5’11.
