How to work out concieved date? I am due 11th April 2025

I agree there are calculators online but my EDD based on growth scan was always way out (like over a week out) compared to my own tracking. I have a regular cycle so basing it on my LMP and counting 14 days before when my period was due would have been more accurate.

Simplest way is to count back 38 weeks from your due date.

It's not exact as scans can be a few days out and also sperm can survive inside of you for a few days before ovulation but it'll give you a good idea.
