DS in one Twin?

I'm currently 22+2 with fraternal twins.
I had the nuchal test at 13 weeks and all came back low.
Just before Xmas I had my 20 week scan and all fine except T2's femur was showing a short length.
Spoke to the fetal Meds team that day, who re-scanned and said all is ok, he's just smaller.
Anyway, opted to do the NIPT test, the sonographer there said that the scan is fine and T2 has grown. But then on Thursday I got the call to say that the blood test is showing High for Downs.
I have a referral to Kings for the Amniocentesis which is happening on Weds.
But has anyone else been in this position?
I'm absolutely devastated and can't get my head around it.
