Hi,
First time posting on here.

I had a 25 week scan this week as a have low PAPP a.

We were told in the scan and by the consultant that everything looked fine.

But I've just been looking at the results and the Biparietal Diameter is above 95% and the femur length is at 33%.

A quick google comes up with loads of things to worry about.

Has anyone else had similar results?
Were you advised to have more tests?

Appreciate any comments/advice.
Thanks

Hi, they said as long as it's in the normal range (and they would have talked to you if it wasn't) that it was nothing to worry about.
Short femur can also just been smaller baby.
It can be a soft marker for Down's syndrome, but I think they go off other criteria first. Like the measurement at the back of the head and your bloods.
Maybe ask for another growth scan, then you can put your mind at ease.
My baby's head is now tracking normal, rather than ahead and the Femur is tracking above normal now.
So the measurements can move week by week.
Good luck x
