Hi
how do we get an NIPT test in the UK? Is the only option private? I will have combined screening but have refused amnio.
I’m high risk for genetic abnormalities so would like an NIPT too x

I believe some NHS will offer it if the combined come back as high risk but otherwise I believe private only.

Hi - I thought NiPT was offered on nhs for anyone with a higher chance of Downs/Edwards/Pataus from screening (lower than 1:150). If you don’t get a high chance result then you have to pay and lots
of providers do NIPT, costs between £300-500 privately.
