Low PAPP-A & HCG

Hi :-)

Im hoping there may be people here who are able to share their experiences of low PAPP-A and HCG? Mine was flagged at the combined screening test and I’ve been out on aspirin daily, but it’s leaving me worried / concerned.

I’ve got the same. Mine are 0.2 and 0.25 and I’ve been put on aspirin. I’m currently 17 weeks. I had an NIPT after the combined screening result if 1 in 38 for Edwards and Patau’s, but it came back as low risk.

Hi, I am in a very similar situation to you. I have a NIPT scheduled for tomorrow. How was the rest of your pregnancy? :)

I did have low Papp-a with my 2nd. I think they were keen to test due to having a SGA baby with my first.

I was put on aspirin, which the dosage for was slightly increased toward the end, and had growth scans every 4 weeks to make sure baby was growing. The view was to have an induction because that's sometimes helps to get baby out before any growth issues toward the end, but I ended up going into labour naturally, all was fine!
