Growth scan - dropped centiles.

Feeling a little confused/anxious.
bump measured off the scale at 28 weeks so was sent for growth scan which showed baby to be on 90th centile for all measurements and expected weight. Then at 33 weeks bump measurement dropped significantly so sent for another scan.
scan shows baby now 56th centile. They said they allow a 25% margin so can go up or down by 25% and it’s not a worry.
going back for another scan in 2 weeks to see if still dropping or if growth picks back up/stabilises. Have been told to be very vigilant of babies movements - which is suddenly feeling like a huge responsibility like it will be my fault if somethings wrong and I don’t pick up on it 😭
anyone else experienced this?
could it have been a big growth spurt at 28 weeks and now it’s just settling?
of are the scans wildly inaccurate?
Had a pretty horrible birth with my first and really hoping for a stress free natural/enjoyable birth this time round.
first baby boy (7 years ago) was 6lb 10oz at 40+6.

thanks
