Not convinced by first trimester screening results – scared

I really don't mean this post to be insensitive to those with 'higher risk' screening results but I'm going out of my mind with worry.

Had my 12-week scan/combined screening last week and received 'lower risk' for all three trisomies. However, when looking at my blood results, I can't help but think that my risks are higher than quoted (and only decreased due to my age). However, £400 for a NIPT seems so much money to spend with screening 'odds' I received.

Downs: 1:912
Edwards/Pateu: 1:1,118

NT: 1.5 mm
PAPP-A: 0.23 MoM (I have started aspirin for this and have growth scans booked from 28 weeks)
bHCG: 0.65 MoM
Age: 30

I don't really know what I'm asking here but just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation and how it turned out?

Hey lovely, just come across this as I am in a similar situation! How did this turn out for you?

These are very low odds indeed. Mine came back as 1/5 for Down's syndrome and I ended up having an amniocentesis which came back as baby was ok.
The screening test is just that- it's how likely. I would defo not worry with odds like that x
