High amniotic fluid- clear CVS after high nt

Hoping someone might be able to relate. I had a tricky early on pregnancy with a 4mm NT ‘measurement. All genetic tests, 16 and 20 weeks scan were all perfect and fine.
fast forward to 31 weeks and the obstetricians said my fluid is slightly over the range they like. The deepest pocket was 8.8 and they like it to be below 8. Baby girl was also measuring 34 weeks rather than 31.
I’m so worried that these two are linked?

Don't both high amniotic fluid and baby measuring bigger than expected often indicate gestational diabetes? Have you been tested?

I'm obviously not an expert but that's just what popped into my head.

I did get tested and I got the all clear. I would be so much more relaxed if it was gestational diabetes- I have this worry something is wrong with baby 😞 I hate the waiting

Both measurements can be pretty inaccurate. Drs almost got my DC2 or 10 weeks early because he was measuring very small - he was above average when he was born a week early. I had a bit of extra fluid with DC3 and he was a huge baby (and no gestational diabetes) but he's perfectly healthy. Have you been booked in for any more scans? The waiting to find out more is so tough.

I contacted my genetics team that saw me at the start (I got discharged from there at 20 weeks) and they said to coke in Monday morning and they will do another detailed organ and structural scan for reassurance etc. If I didn’t have the earlier scares I think I would be a lot more at ease but it’s hard not to worry. 😞

@MOM1993 literally in the same boat!
I'm 31 weeks with a 97th percentile large baby and they said my fluid is 27.5cm! They want me to do another diabetes test even though i past the first one.. I've read a lot from reddit about this and apparently its all nothing really to worry about if its slightly over the norm amount of fluid.

Hope this photo helps-

Sorry for the very delayed reply- I had my healthy baby girl in May just before you sent this. After my scan- they rescanned me and they said my fluid was perfectly normal and it stayed at the normal range for the rest of my pregnancy
