Low Pap A and high risk of Edwards and Patau

I found out I'm high risk of edwards and Patau 1 in 28
I have low Papp-A 0.11 mom
BHcb 0.70 mom
NT 1.6mm

Has anyone else gone had anything similar to this?
Im loosing sleep over it.

Have they offered you additional testing? There are a few stories on here where combined testing has caused concern but by doing NIPT or CVS/Amnio the outcome has been ok?

Yes I am awaiting NIPT results

My NIPT test came back clear, currently 21 weeks but baby's head is measuring to small so I now have to go back in a weeks time to see if it has changed if not I've got to be referred to feral medicine
