Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help with what the normal ranges are for the first trimester screening. I've had my NIPT today, but my results from first trimester screening are:

Age: 35
Weight: 75kg
HCG: 32.65 ng/mL : 0.97 MoM
PAPP-A: 1359.47 mU/L : 0.70 MoM
NT: 2.80mm 1.91 MoM

My combined score is 1:79

I just can't find the normal ranges online, despite so much googling! Thank you x

Hi, the reason why you won't find the normal ranges is that it's not as simple as 'a range' unfortunately! the biochemistry needs to be used in conjunction with the gestation, the NT, your age and ethnicity and then that is all put into an algorithm that will give you the chance factor. It isn't as simple as saying 'PAPP-A below X amount means more likely to have an affected baby'.

So that's helpful and not helpful, I know! Wishing you luck for a speedy NIPT result. x
