6 week US confusion

Hi I'm desperately in need of help. For context: Had my 2nd MC at 5+5 in April. No period since, but got positive OPK on 12th June. Tested positive on Clearblue Digital on 25th June with 1-2 weeks. Had 2-3 appear a week later.
So i started spotting 2 days ago, very very light brown on wiping. Called EPAU because i was concerned particularly with my history of MC.
Had a scan today at what i thought was roughly 6+3 based on OPK. Sac and yolk were there measuring approx 5 weeks. But there was also 2 unidentifiable spots which the US tech said could be spots of bleeding or it could be a twin or triplets that havent yet developed. I'm going back on the 25th for a rescan. But how can I keep myself from panicking for 11 days 😩

Hi I think our dates are the same. I'm 6+4 today and had a scan at 5+6 and was told there was a sac, yolk and a tiny fetal pole but the heartbeat hadn't started yet. Try not to worry, this early on dates can vary massively but they usually catch up! Was it an abdominal scan or an internal one?
