Harmony test and any others

I just wondered when you can have a harmony test done? Is it only on a specific week like week 10 or it can it be any time from week 10 until 20?

And are there any other tests like this that can be done privately that the NHS don't offer? So I know you can check the gender before 20 weeks, you can have 3D scans, but are there any other tests? Especially related to the health and well-being of the baby?
