Quad test numbers - high risk Downs help please

Please can anyone comment on the numbers I got from my quad test results? I’ve come back as high risk for Downs (1/40). The midwife said that none were dramatically out but they were a little higher or lower than ideal which has ended up with a high risk result.
I’d really like to understand them as best I can. If my baby doesn’t have Downs are any of them an indication of other problems?
Just feel really lost and overwhelmed, any help in understanding them (good or bad) would help so much… thank you x

I had 1/62 for my results but no extra information on the numbers so can’t comment on them. I asked the sonographer to look out for indicators at the 20 week scan (heart defects / calcium deposits in chambers if I remember correctly). He didn’t see anything untoward. I declined further testing and was surprised that I could put it to the back of my mind for the rest of the pregnancy. My baby was born without Down syndrome or any other health conditions.
