Did anyone have a normal pregnancy after high HCG, low pappa and high NT?

Struggling to find any positive stories of people in a similar boat to me. Wondering if it’s possible to have a ‘normal’ pregnancy after getting high HCG, low papp-a and a high NT result at the 12 week scan?

My results were:
Nt: 3.3mm
HCG: 1.5
Papp-a: 0.67

Thank you :(

Hi there,
I suppose you have done some research and seen that the NT is within the normal range? Your hormones are off, but not too much. They should both be around 1 but can be there or thereabouts.
Has anyone given you a high probability for one of the three main trisomies or has this all come back as ok? If your combined test results have placed you at a higher probability you should've been offered more testing. You can also have this done privately if you wish.

Hi @NoCallerID, thanks so much for your reply. I have done a lot of research over the past few days and have got a little bit obsessed.
I was told on Monday I’m at high risk of DS 1:31 due to a combination of the low papp-a, higher HCG and higher end NT. Was offered further testing so went with NIPT and am waiting for the results which are due back next week.

That's a great next step. For reference my T21 pregnancy was 1/40 with an NT of 2.1, HCG 6.8 and Papp-a 0.37. HCG is a big I dictator so I really think you've got a very good chance of it coming back low probability.

@NoCallerID thank you 💕 I hope the rest of your pregnancy went well

@AshiSaeed the NIPT came back as low risk last week. How high was your NT? I’ve been booked in for a 16 week scan and am now worrying about that!
