Hello this is my first post here so bare with me :)

I'm worrying about my results I got back today. I was 12 weeks 5 days when the tests were done and I don't know if im reading into them too much but im just worrying that the results are high even though it says I am low risk of a chromosome abnormality.
nuchal translucency - 2.40mm
Papp-a 0.780 MoM

Adjusted risk is 1:674

@Kj160421 you really don't need to worry about those results. Your NT is a little higher than average but not an indication of an issue and the papp a is fine. It has to be below 0.4 to be considered low. Maybe have a chat with your midwife about your worries? Best of luck!

My NT was 2.4 aswell and I was measuring 12 weeks, 6 days so almost exactly the same. My risk didn't come back as high as yours (but yours is still low!), so it's probably the blood result which has made it higher. Sorry not really much advice, but it's low. You could opt for a private NIPT if you did want the reassurance? But I really don't think you need to worry about that result
