Low HCG

So I found out about my pregnancy super early at 4 weeks. I got a blood test done at 4w 3d and the HCG was 120. 2 days later it was 240 then 2 days after that it was 640. The nurse rang me and told me she doesn't think it's viable as it's low and keeps ringing me to get an ultrasound.. but I can only do that at 6 weeks. Do these numbers sound ok? I haven't had any bleeding or bad cramping

Your numbers don't sound that low to me. When I thought I was 5 weeks my HCG was 227, 3 days later it was 504 and then it continued to double. When they scanned me the following week I was measuring 4 weeks something, so my dates were just not the same as there's. Everything has progressed well so far, fingers crossed.

Could you possibly have you dates wrong (I was sure I didn't!? I would ask to keep getting HCG checked until they can do a reassurance scan.

They don't sound low to me either op.
I done IVF and at 4 weeks anything over 50 was viable.
Your HCG is going up fine.
Have you had another blood test?

Those numbers sound ok to me, and they're increasing steadily so far. Do they have plans to keep monitoring your levels?

The important thing is that they are doubling every 2-3 days. I'm in a similar position but my results are not as good as yours OP I'm only 84,125 then 179 taken every 2 days. I've got to wait until Saturday for my next test now. I'm not sure when I ovulated as had a very strange cycle last time round so think I ovulated very late but still, my numbers aren't looking promising :-(
