Would you be concerned if you had a 1/500 risk for trisomy 21? At 21 years old

Putting it as a percentage 1/500 equates to 0.2% , therefore you have a 99.8% chance that your baby does not have trisonomy 21, hope this helps :)

I'd say check your hCG levels and PAPP levels. If your PAPP is above your hCG ans NT then chances are low for triaomy 21.

Hi my HCG is 2.54 mom
Papp is 0.59 mom

Have you considered NIPT? Will help rule out of DS, Edwards, Patau.

No I haven’t because my results came back low risk I think It’s just my anxiety playing on this
