Growth Scan

I'll be 37+4w tomorrow and I'm due to have a growth scan in the afternoon. As it's a referral from my midwife, I just have a simple referral letter to take with me. It doesn't have any instructions of what I need to do beforehand, so I'm just wondering if I need to have a full bladder or not for the scan. Tia.

Your very far along so I don’t think it’s needed but it’s not harm to have a pint before hand and empty if needed as it’s quicker than drinking it there and waiting to fill up if that makes sense.

No you don't need to drink beforehand at that stage of pregnancy
