Booking in appointments

Hi all, does anyone know if booking in appointments are generally being done over the phone currently? We've just found out and I'm already 18 weeks so I need to get booked in and also book my 20 week scan! Eek!

I'm hoping the booking in as it's just form filling can be done on the phone to avoid a visit, it's at st Mary's Manchester if anyone knows?
I only had our son there in June last year and we went through the recurrent miscarriage clinic so I've no experience of doing it through the normal channels

Not in that area but I had form filled over the phone then also went in for bloods taken and height/weight measured.

St Mary's is doing booking appointment in person.

Not in that area, sorry, but my booking in was done over the phone, then the midwife came to house for bloods/ urine/ blood pressure
