Missed call

It's been 4 working days since having my 12 week screening. I've just had a missed call from a London number (I live in London) and can't get through to it as user is busy. I'm panicking. Would they leave a message? The number doesn't come up as a hospital line when I google

In my experience hospital or medical related calls tend to come from No Caller ID.
