Growth scan worries

I have a growth scan in two days, and I have a really bad fear of hospitals, especially tests. Has anyone recently been for one? Could you tell me exactly what they did so I have an idea?
It's worrying me a lot, especially because I've lost my notesConfused

The sonographer will take some measurements from your baby - a head circumference, an abdominal circumstance and a femur length. These measurements will be used to give an estimated fetal weight which will then be plotted on a customised growth chart which takes into account your size, ethnic origin and if you have had other babies. Ideally your baby’s weight should plot between the 10th and 90th centiles but even if it doesn’t there’s not necessarily an issue. They will also measure the amount of fluid around the baby and some hospitals also routinely check the blood flow In the umbilical cord.

Try not to worry, the vast majority of growth scans are straightforward and if you don’t understand anything please don’t be afraid to ask questions
