So today (13 weeks 2 days) found out baby has deteriorated since Monday. (After TTC for 1u months and an underactive thyroid diagnosis)
NT was 6.5, now 8. something, in 2 days!
Also blood work came back with a 1 in 5 chance of the different syndrome's. And consultant said today there's roughly a 5% chance baby would be okay, but it's definitely I'll. As fluid all around it now not just neck and tummy.

So we have made the decision to terminate (please don't judge).

I would like to know what to expect with a medical termination.

Will it be like a proper labour?
How much will it hurt?

So scared!!

I am so sorry I don’t have the answers but I didn’t want to read and run. No judgement at all, this is obviously a much-wanted pregnancy and you are doing what is right for you and your baby in the circumstances xx

Have you been offered further testing. I would ask for that for your peace of mind.
