Just had a call from the midwife and trying to decide what to do next.

NT 3mm
HCG 1.27
Papp A 0.98

Risk 1:138

I think I will opt for the Nipt test and then go from there. Has anyone had similar results?

My dd was 1:110. We ended up having amniocentesis which showed clear. She is now a healthy, happy 8 yo.

I had a horrendous 1:4 result. I think your bloods look ok but the NT is slightly high. I am sure it will be ok but for peace of mind I would say go for a harmony or similar blood test so you can relax and enjoy the pregnancy

I’m in a similar position, risk of 1:151. My NT is higher though, 4.2mm.

I originally thought harmony as well, but having looked into it more I’ve changed my mind and have booked in to have a CVS, I just want the reassurance of a diagnostic test and the full array cgh. It’s a very personal decision though, I think the harmony test would be enough for a lot of people.

Good luck, I’m finding it all so overwhelming.

I had a CVS - I was told by the docs that was the only option for such high risks as mine.

Good luck - lots of horror stories on here but honestly it was nowhere near as bad as I had imagined it to be. I wouldn't even say it hurt to be honest - just a bit weird!

That’s really reassuring Fredsgirl - I’m booked in for Wednesday and hoping it won’t be too awful.
