12 week scan no letter?

Hi I'm pregnant with my first baby. I'm
10 weeks and got my first scan in 2 weeks. I'd been waiting a long time for a letter to come with my scan date when it didn't arrive I contacted my midwife to which she just gave me a number to call to book it in like that was the plan all along however r3 weeks prior to this she said at my first appointment with her that I just have to wait for a letter to arrive in the post. So anyways I've phoned the number up and booked an appointment and she said she'd send a letter out to put the details in writing. This was around a week and half ago. And I have yet to receive a letter? The reason why I'm posting this is because how long before your first scan did you receive the letter to confirm your scan date? I'm panicking now as on the maternity notes app (which I'm finding not helpful? No appointments listed on there and still says I'm to complete pre booking when it's all filled out) it has my old address on it from when I lived in the house at 11years old! ( I am now 30) my address is correct at my drs...I'm just wondering will they use my address on the maternity notes app or the address registered at my drs ? As it was nhs appointments I called not my own drs. Sorry for the long post but I'm just panicking now as I don't even know where exactly to go for the scan .

Was this the hospital sending you your scan letter? If so yes the address will be the one on their files, not your doctor one. Call one of the screening midwives or appointment lines at the hospital - they should be able to confirm you have an appointment and what you need to take with you.
