AC = abdominal/tummy circumference. So your baby's tummy is on the bigger side.
AFI = Amniotic fluid index. The amount of fluid surrounding your baby is slightly increased. It can be common and usually no cause is found so don't worry as long as it doesn't get out of hand and you don't get too big/uncomfortable. Only usually worry when it's is very low.
EFW = Estimated foetal weight/estimated weight of your baby based on all of the growth scan measurements = 2218grams. Which in comparison to other babies of this gestation on the growth chart is a bit bigger than average (50th centile). It's very common and nothing to be concerned about just like some of us are bigger than average.

Sorry, I meant to say a bit smaller than average if below 50th centile. Just like some of us are smaller than average. As long as it's not below the 5th centile it is fine.

I had poly (at one point was 31 which is classed as moderate). and large baby for gest age.. Both head and abdomen off chart and estimated 6lb 5 at 32 week scan. Bay born 6lb 15 at 37 weeks. I had c section booked early (for various reasons) baby was breech and I'd kready elected for one, but they brought it forward. Good job as I started having pretty bad contractions. I would INSIST on extra scans though to keep and eye on the poly as it can fluctuate.
