Screenings 12weeks

Hi all! Hoping someone can help. I've just found a ticklist in my blue folder for screenings at the 12week scan. Does anyone know if I needed to request screenings in advance? I did say to MW at booking appt that I wanted all the scans and she referred to the hospital for scan.

They’ve always asked me at my 12 week scan, never had to decide beforehand.
