Anyone had nuchal scan after harmony test at the Fetal Medicine Centre London?

I had the harmony test at FMC (Harley Street) at 10+2. Got results yesterday and am booked in for 12 week nuchal scan on Friday.

I thought the scan wouldn’t include the combined test because it is less accurate for the trisomies, but looking through the paperwork it says they have also taken blood for the combined at the same time I had the draw for the harmony.

Although I don’t want the combined test calculation for the trisomies, I would like to know my PAPP-A level for growth issues. Can anyone who has been to the FMC for the nuchal tell me if they do give you the combined blood results (just not the calculation for the trisomies)?

I would just ring and ask but they are closed now until Thursday and I have an NHS combined test appointment which I could cancel and free up for someone else if I knew!

They give you the NT measurement and the blood results as MoMs, plus their own calculation of the adjusted risk. They also take into account a couple of other markers that aren't used in the NHS calcs (nasal bone and one of the heart valves from recollection). I hope that helps.

That’s incredibly helpful; thank you so much for replying. Saves me going to 2 appointments!
