Gave the doctor wrong dates!!

I went to my doctor today and he asked how far into my pregnancy I am. I told him 2-3 weeks as this is what the Clearblue test said but I've just realised this means I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant. Will this affect when I get my first appointment?

The doctor normal asks the date of your last period and works it from there.
