Due to have either the cvs or amnio Monday and I'm so nervous.
Anyone got any words of wisdom?
They don't think they'll be able to do the amnio so it's likely going to be cvs.

Just be as still as you can. It stings slightly when they put the local anaesthetic in, then just feels like tugging and doesn't hurt at all. Take someone in with you (they put a screen up so we couldn't see)

And Flowers for you.

Thank you @SinisterClownWatchingYou :)

Fingers crossed it all goes well. I'm just glad it's a morning appointment. Waiting until 3 for our others has been a nightmare.

Try not to think about it too much. It doesn't hurt but for me the thought of what they were doing freaked me out. Stay still it will be over quicker than you think.

I also took the week of work because I was emotional over the situation.

@Girlfrommars11 thank you. They tried to do the amnio last week and couldn't find a good spot and I was freaking out then. It is the thought of what they're doing bothering me.
Thankfully my husband is going to have the week off so I won't have to worry as much. I'm a SAHM.
