Those who had down syndrome confirmed antenataly, what were your blood results?

I have come back as 1 in 6 chance following my 12 week test

My Nt is 3.4
Hcgp is 1.44 mom
Pappa-a is 69
I'm 39

I am waiting for results of Iona test, but trying to get my head around the numbers! They dont seem particularly high, so just wondering why my risk is so high Confused

Should say 0.69 for pappa-a
