Gestational diabetes test

Currently 33+4 and have just had a growth scan as bump was measuring above 90th centile during an appointment which was a huge jump from previous appointment.
Scan showed baby is bigger than average but thankfully not huge!
Reading measurements baby’s abdominal circumference is over two weeks ahead of where it should be (also out of line with other measurements which are just a few days ahead). I have heard a larger abdomen and quick growth can be sign of gestational diabetes but I haven’t been offered this. Has anyone else been in similar situation and had/not had test? TIA

I think they normally test at 28 weeks so it's a bit late
