If anyone has experience please could you tell me about the advantages/disadvantages of CVS vs amniocentesis?
I'm aware CVS is done earlier and has a higher risk of miscarriage (possibly weighted by the higher natural risk at the earlier stage) and understood that it doesn't test for everything amniocentesis can.
How does test work and what can be checked or missed? Thanks
