Inconclusive harmony

Has anyone any experience of this? Had this done at 11+5, high bmi and just told that the first vial was inconclusive. They are processing the second vial, but as they are from the same draw I can't see how it will be different... if that one is inconclusive I will have another blood draw.

I've been freaking myself out reading that inconclusive results indicate a high risk of chromosomal abnormality... too late potentially for the nt.

Any words of wisdom welcomed.

It might mean that the blood was clotted or there wasn't enough. They will get a result, even if it means they take more blood

Thanks thingamy - second vial was conclusive which makes me think that the first sample was mishandled - don't see how it could go from >4% fetal fraction to 9.5% from the same blood draw!
