Hi, Is there anyone else waiting over Christmas for Panorama or Harmony results? We had the test on monday after being given 1/38 chance of a problem, this is our first baby, concieved through ICSI after several years of issues. Scans have seemed ok and nuchal measurement was 2.6 so no alarm bells there... Praying for good news in a couple of weeks...But how far away that feels. X

Hi Fox75, we had the test on weds 23rd. Nuchal scan is on 30th and they don't think they will have results by then. My scan was expedited as I was actually dated a week later than I thought. They did say they normally have results within 10 days but week too short. Hopefully not long for you to wait.

Hi Rumpole, did you choose to take the test ahead of a 'high risk' then? I wish we had in hindsight, as we'd got to 11 days after the scan we thought we'd fallen into the all clear category and we're just waiting for our letter, it all seems so slow! Good luck x

Yes - a friend of ours who is a doctor recommended it and the FMC in particular. I have a history of recurrent miscarriage so the idea of a clear answer without an invasive test was really important to us. I have my NHS scan tomorrow (dating). They haven't discussed a Nuchal with us yet but my age would put us in a higher risk category anyway (37). Thinking of you and hoping for a good (and speedy) result. It is horrible just waiting. Your Nuchal sounds positive. I think the stats can be v frightening but they are only estimates and guesses. Hang in there x

Hi Fox75 - wishing you luck on your result today x

Thanks Rumpole, we've been given the all clear, so thankful (and tearful!). How are things with you?

Oh that's really great news. I'm sure all this worry us no good for us. I'm already worrying about a bunch of other silly things!
